Friends,
Being in travel trade for almost 25 years now (A
personal ‘Silver Jubilee’) beside other things
what I have watched and studied is the coming of
‘Heritage Hotels’ in Rajasthan and elsewhere in
India. Way back in 1982, when I joined this
trade few hotels were already there making their
mark but the word ‘heritage’ was still not there
to put them in any kind of category. Although
Rambagh Palace Jaipur, Lake Palace Udaipur and
Umaid Bhawan Palace Jodhpur were already running
as most preferred hotels but things really
started moving with coming of Mandawa Castel,
Samode Palace, Sariska Palace and like. I have
seen them develop grow and make a place for
themselves in the industry, not only that they
created a demand for themselves in the industry.
Bhawar Niwas Karuli, Bhandrage Fort Bhandarage
and Alsisar Fort Alsisar were soon to follow, so
were others. Besides creating history, these
created accommodation, most essential segment
for the growth of the travel industry. One
important segment of the infrastructure we keep
on talking, others being good motor able roads,
connectivity and of course activities (To keep
them involved and busy)
There are still hundreds of such properties, all
over India, that are waiting for their turn to
share a piece of the glory and recognition which
has been achieved by the ones referred above. It
can be YOU who can do that. Keeping this in mind
we came up with this idea of launching this
website and bring these properties to you.
A shortage of thousands of quality accommodation
(rooms) still exists in the state of Rajasthan
alone. It’s a fact that Indian agents are
requesting overseas agents not to book tours in
season, as there is no accommodation available.
All these hamper the growth of the industry to
its full potentials and they’re by losing
precious revenues for the state as well as for
all who are connected with this trade.
As the main aim and purpose of our web site is
to bring these heritage properties to the
potential investors or buyers thus we created
links in such a way that one can easily find out
or search for the property one is looking for
without going through the whole of the website.
So besides Home Page and About Us we created
links for

mainly for the Heritage Properties.
When we created this website we had the
hospitality industry or trade on our minds. So
we added two more links and those links are for
Resorts and Hotels for sale and tie-ups. These
are present time properties having all the
features and amenities required to run a
professional Resorts and Hotels.
The next link, Other Properties, in my view has
an interesting assortment of properties, which
does not come under any of the above-mentioned
categories. Here we have agriculture and
commercial land in hectares or bighs, free hold

commercial projects, malls, luxury hotels and
township all over Rajasthan. Also featured are
buildings with commercial space for offices,
showrooms and restaurants. An Amusement park, a
